These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, social media stores, WhatsApp Business account, and all products and services offered by Panjabipassions, and are made under, and read with, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009, each as amended from time to time.

You may create an account to facilitate purchases. You agree to maintain accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. Panjabipassions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities, after providing you a reasonable opportunity to be heard, where practicable.
5. Product Information, Legal Metrology and Country of Origin
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, embroidery details, measurements, prices, and specifications are accurate and, where applicable, comply with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including disclosure of net quantity, unit price, and the manufacturer’s, packer’s, or importer’s name and address on pre-packaged goods. Country of origin will be disclosed for products at the pre-purchase stage where required under applicable law.
Colours may vary due to monitor settings, photography, lighting conditions, and device display. Handwoven, handcrafted, or artisanal products may exhibit minor variations in weave, colour, texture, or finish; such variations are natural characteristics and shall not be considered defects. Product availability is subject to stock.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax, unless stated otherwise. The total price payable, including all mandatory charges, is displayed before checkout in accordance with Rule 5(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Prices may be revised without prior notice for future orders. In the event of a genuine pricing error, Panjabipassions reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received in full.
7. Order Acceptance and Fair Trade Practices
An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. Panjabipassions reserves the right to accept or reject any order, cancel duplicate orders, cancel bulk purchases intended for unauthorised resale, cancel suspected fraudulent transactions, or seek additional verification before dispatch. An order shall be deemed accepted only upon dispatch of the product.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Panjabipassions shall not:
- Manipulate the price of goods to gain unreasonable profit through unjustified price increases
- Discriminate between consumers of the same class, or make arbitrary classifications affecting consumer

8. Payment
Payments may be made using approved payment methods available at checkout, processed through secure third- party payment gateways authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Panjabipassions does not collect or store customers’ debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.
9. Shipping
Orders shall be processed and dispatched within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, or force majeure events.
10. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and any applicable warranty or guarantee shall be governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy published on our website, in accordance with Rule 5(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, have original tags attached, and be returned in original packaging. Panjabipassions reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
11. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Orders already dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including the name “Panjabipassions”, logos, product images, catalogues, videos, graphics, product descriptions, website design, layout, text, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Panjabipassions and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
13. Prohibited Use
Users shall not use the website for unlawful purposes, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer any part of the website, copy product images without permission, use automated bots or scraping tools, impersonate another person, or interfere with website operations. Such conduct may also attract liability under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Violation may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Panjabipassions does not warrant that the website will always operate uninterrupted or be error-free, or that every product image will perfectly represent actual colour on every device. 15. Limitation of Liability and Product Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panjabipassions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business, courier delays, technical failures, payment gateway failures, or website downtime. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any product liability that may arise under Chapter VI of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of Indian law.
16. Force Majeure
Panjabipassions shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including flood, fire, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, or internet outages.
